Are you realizing your athletes don't understand the basics of the game? This curriculum is designed to help football players learn rules, terminology, and scheme principles better. It is a 6 week curriculum. Each day is designed to take under 5 minutes but is jammed packed with valuable information.

•Monday's – Do you really know the rules of football?
•Tuesday's – Offensive Terminology and Language
•Wednesday's – Special Teams
•Thursday's – Defensive Terminology and Language
•Friday's – Defensive Fronts and Coverages
